About Methat was weird...
apparently my database was restored to about 10/10/08... which is annoying since I've done a little SINCE then... but oh well.. I had a partial backup... but at least it's up and running again...
Mood: more website whoas... will it ever end?!?!
one small step..
since I had the day off I had some plans.
1:go to the bank, cash the rebate I had from something I bought.
2:go buy some water and food (I kno I sound like a snob, but I don't like the taste of tap water. even tho it's safer. and more economical and environmentally friendly to drink tap.
3:go to the junk yard to start my little seat.
OF course... since I have the day off, the bank was closed. got some water and some food. and when I got to the junk yard... well... there was junk... not much to go on. I didn't want leather, or a motorized seat. I spent $30 on a leather seat. not what I had in mind, but it was the best looking seat that wasn't excessively dirty or the car didn't make me want to vomit when I stuck my head in it... I'm not a big fan of leather, but I can always put a cover on it or something. we'll see how it works out from here.
I've been playing racing games again. I'm noticing that I'm A LOT more calm when I'm driving down the road. I think it's b/c I have it out of my system by the time I hit the road...
Mood: 2:3 not bad.
U can tell I love doing this stuff
so I got everything together, grabbed my laptop (my programming machine, ironic for a hardware junkie but it works), usb drive, iron man and I went to my living room and started to program. as I type away on my laptop half watching and half programing, I was able to finish BEFORE the end of the 1:54 min movie!! I have to give some credit tho... I started to think beforehand. I originally planned on doing something like this a while ago. there just wasn't a major reason... until now...

now I gotta redo some code for the comments. I saw a comment from a random person and it was just junk... lots of links and what not. I wanted to avoid putting up passwords. but guess I have to rework some code to omit some ip addresses...

why me!!
I keep getting calls from this one college Burlington County College it's an automated telephone message saying what current events are happening at the college. Even IF I WAS part of the school I would like the calls to stop. I called the number back, of course there's several hundred extensions it could be. Last time I got transferred about 3 times. I left a message, come to think of it... I haven't heard anything back!! this time... same deal. operator was like... wtf are U talking about?? so I left several emails and about 3 phone messages. There's something to be said about REAL ad companies... at least they OFFER some way to be removed, hitting a button, talking to the operator... isn't it a federal law? I can't remember... if there is, it might not fall in that category. (sigh)
