lots happening

moved into the new house, visiting nyc to see g/f almost every weekend. it's not that I don't have much time to write. I'm not in the mood. for me, I have to be in the mood to write about stuff, or else it feels like a chore.

everything seems to be going really well for me. I'm really happy w/ my g/f, tenant will move in this weekend so I'll be getting some extra cash to help pay for my mortgage/bills, being a little more organized and clean, eating better (no more excuses), more responsibilities on my job (no pay raise tho). it took a while for me to get to this point. but I'm glad.
